How much does your custom water cost? Our water is priced very competitively, and we will gladly provide pricing once we determine what you are looking for.

Is there a label design or set-up charge? If you order at least 50 cases to be delivered over the course of the next year and a half, there is no design or set up charge. For orders under 50 cases, we do charge for our design services.

What size bottles and what type of caps do you use? The majority of our customers order half liter (16.9 oz.) and 24 ounce bottles. We also produce 1.0 and 1.5 liter bottles. We have the ability to produce 8 ounce and 12 ounce bottles if the order is large enough; however, the 8 and 12 ounce bottles cost the same as the 16.9 ounce bottles, and the 16.9 ounce label is larger than that for the 8 and 12 ounce bottles. We offer both flat and sports caps on all but the 1.5 liter bottle, which comes only with the flat cap.

Can you print using 4-color process, and can you match PMS colors? All orders under 50 cases are printed using 4-color process. For orders of 50 cases and larger, we can print either 4CP or with spot colors to match any PMS color in the pantone book. We can also print with metallic inks, or on metallic stocks. We can also print using a gold or silver foil for high reflectivity.

Can you do multiple labels? Yes, we can design a number of different labels for a club, company or event.
