DrinkMore Custom Water offers three product lines from its Gaithersburg, Maryland plant: digitally printed aluminum cans in 12 oz sleek and 16 oz, custom labeled bottled water in four sizes from 8 oz to 20 oz, and case water delivery throughout the Washington–Baltimore region. Minimum orders start at 18 cases of 24. Every product is filled with the same purified water that took gold for Best Purified Water at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting.

Custom printed aluminum cans

Two sizes, both digitally printed with full-body coverage and no color restrictions — logos, photography, QR codes, whatever you need. The 12 oz sleek starts at just 18 cases, which makes it viable for a single event rather than a full production run. Roughly five weeks from artwork approval to delivery, with a free digital mockup before you commit.

Custom labeled bottled water

Four sizes from 8 oz to 20 oz, with the 16.9 oz half liter by far the most popular. Choose flat or sport caps. Our in-house design team will build your label from scratch if you don’t have artwork, with no restrictions on color.

Frequently asked questions

What is the smallest order DrinkMore accepts?

Our minimum order for 12 oz cans is 18 cases, with 24 cans per case, for a total of 432 cans. For 16 oz cans, the minimum order is one full pallet of 72 cases. For custom-labeled plastic bottles, we can accommodate orders as small as 6 cases.

What bottle sizes are available for custom labels?

Four: 8 oz, 12 oz, 16.9 oz half liter, and 20 oz. The 16.9 oz half liter is the most commonly ordered, and is available in several bottle shapes including flat-cap, bullet, and sport-cap versions.

Do you offer recycled plastic bottles?

Yes. Our standard half-liter contains up to 10% post-consumer recycled plastic, and we offer a blue half-liter rPET bottle made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic — bottles made from recycled bottles.

Do you ship outside the Washington, DC area?

Yes. We deliver directly throughout the greater Washington–Baltimore metroplex and ship nationwide across the continental United States through negotiated freight partnerships.
