Turnaround Time on Custom Water Bottle Orders
At DrinkMore Custom Water, we offer extremely competitive prices with quick turnaround time on our custom labeled water. Because we are the bottler and control the entire process, we can offer some of the lowest prices in the industry yet deliver the highest quality product on every order.
The first step in the process is to complete your personalized water bottle label design. Please visit the “Label Design” page on this site for information on the design process. Once the design is completed and approved, we can ship your order in approximately two weeks. That timeline is for custom labeled bottles; custom printed cans take about five weeks after artwork approval.

Turnaround Time on Custom Printed Cans
Custom printed aluminum cans run on a longer schedule than bottles. Once your artwork is approved, plan on about five weeks to receive your finished cans, in both the 12 oz sleek and the 16 oz size. The extra time covers printing the artwork directly into the aluminum rather than applying a label, which is what makes a printed can scratch-proof and waterproof in an ice bucket.
Before production starts you will get a free digital mockup, usually within two business days. If you want to see a physical can before committing, your first pre-production sample is free and takes about three weeks; additional samples are $50.
If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you request your quote. Five weeks is the standard schedule, and the earlier we know your deadline the better we can plan around it.
Turnaround Time for Existing DrinkMore Custom Water Customers
For our existing customers who order on a recurring basis using the same label design, we typically maintain enough labels in inventory for the next order such that turnaround time on repeat orders is reduced to one to three business days. We run half-liter bottles every day, so most repeat orders are produced and shipped the same day the order is placed, since the half-liter bottle is by far the most popular size.
