These are the lowest rates for standard orders and include free professional label design. Delivery or freight is quoted separately based on your location. Pricing improves as quantity improves — truckload orders price lowest. Tell us your size, quantity and timeline and we will confirm your exact price within one business day.
DrinkMore Custom Water produces and ships orders as large as full truckloads, as small as a few cases, and everything in between. Obviously, the unit costs associated with a large order are going to be lower than for a smaller order. This applies to the cost of printing the water bottle labels, the efficiency of producing the order, as well as the cost of shipping.
Because there are so many different variables, the rates above are the lowest available pricing rather than a finished quote. We are always happy to provide a free quote for your potential order within one business day that includes all costs, including delivery/shipping, so you can make a quick decision.
Pricing for Local Custom Water Customers
For customers located within our local delivery territory, which encompasses the greater Washington/Baltimore metroplex, our trucks can cost-effectively deliver as few as 18 cases per delivery in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas.
Pricing for Non-Local Customers
For customers outside of our local delivery territory, we have negotiated extremely low freight rates with a number of different companies and can offer extremely competitive pricing to customers located throughout the continental United States.
Water Bottle Label Design Pricing
There’s no charge for our professional water bottle design services and no limit on the number of colors on the label.
All we need to get started is a high-resolution version of your logo (an EPS format is preferred) as well as any other graphics, photo(s), or text you would like incorporated into the design.
How Much Will My Custom Water Bottles Cost?
In order to provide delivered pricing for your order, we will need to know a few things, including:
- which bottle size and cap you prefer
- how many bottles/cases you are interested in receiving
- where your custom water bottles will be delivered.
It is also helpful to know if this will be a one-time order or if it will be recurring. If recurring, there are volume discounts available if we can print at least 12,000 of your labels at one time. You won’t need to receive them all at once; we can inventory them here at our plant and ship the water over time. The more we have printed at one time, the lower your unit cost.
