Custom Labeled Water for Golf Courses
DrinkMore Custom Water puts your club logo or picture on custom labeled bottles or prints it directly onto aluminum cans, filled with water judged best in the world at the 2025 Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting. We serve Congressional, Sage Valley, Laurel Valley, Oakmont, and many other of the nation’s top golf courses. Bottles start at six cases with about a two-week turnaround; cans start at 18 cases and take about five weeks.

Where the Water Goes at a Golf Course
Most clubs put their custom branded water in five or six spots at once:
- The beverage cart, where the logo is in hand on every hole
- The halfway house and starter shack
- Coolers throughout the course
- Weddings, banquets, and corporate outings in the clubhouse
- Locker room for post-round refreshment
Bottles or Cans: Sizes, Minimums, and Turnaround
Bottles are the lower-commitment starting point and the format most of our golf club customers still run. Cans cost more to start and take longer, but the artwork is printed on rather than labeled.
| Format | Labeled Bottles | 12oz Sleek Can | 16oz Can |
|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum Order | 6 Cases | 18 Cases | 72 Cases (pallet) |
| Units Per Case | 24 Bottles | 24 Cans | 24 Cans |
| Smallest Order | 144 Bottles | 432 Cans | 1,728 Cans |
| Turnaround | About 2 Weeks | About 5 Weeks | About 5 Weeks |
| Sizes | 8, 12, 16.9, 20 oz | 12 oz | 16 oz |
Bottles are the faster turnaround option — six cases gets you started and most orders turn in about two weeks. Cans take about five weeks because each design is printed directly onto the aluminum, and the result is a seamless, full-wrap look with no label edge. Timelines run from artwork approval and payment. Either way, pricing improves as order size increases, so it is worth asking what the next tier looks like before you settle on a quantity. Delivery is included inside our DC-area zone, and we ship anywhere in the continental United States through our freight partners.
Artwork needs to arrive print-ready as vector EPS or high-resolution PDF. We provide the dieline and print spec sheet, and our in-house art team can build a design from scratch if you do not have one.
The Clubs We Serve

While we serve the country’s top golf courses, what they order varies by where the water is going. Congressional Country Club runs custom labeled bottles in two sizes — a smaller one in coolers on the course and a larger one in the clubhouse and fitness center — because a mid round refreshment and a post-round drink are different moments. Several of our club customers have added cans alongside their bottles, drawn by the sustainability of aluminum and the seamless full-wrap print.

Laurel Valley Golf Club takes a different approach to the label itself, running course photography behind the club crest rather than a plain background. It is a good reminder that a label is not limited to a logo on white — if you have photography of the property, it can carry the design.

Eaglewood runs our 16 oz cans everywhere: out on the course, on the beverage cart, and inside the clubhouse. The crest is in a member’s hand from the first tee through the last drink at the bar. That is the version of this that works best — not a one-off order for a single tournament, but cans as the way the club serves water.
We also produce custom labeled water for Invited Clubs, which includes Silverlake in Ohio, TPC in Michigan, and Piper Glen.
The biggest compliment we can get is when a General Manager starts a position at a new club – and changes that club over to DrinkMore!
Common Questions
Can we have cans ready before our member-guest?
Plan on five weeks from the day artwork is approved and payment clears, not from the day you first call. Design usually adds a week or two on the front end, so eight weeks out from the event is comfortable and six is tight. If you have a firm date, say so up front and we will build the schedule backward from it.
Can we split an order between the beverage cart and the pro shop?
Yes. The order arrives as cases of 24 and what you do with them is up to you. Most clubs run one design across the cart, the halfway house, and the shop. Separate artwork for retail versus giveaway is a second design, which means a second setup charge and its own minimum.
How well do club crests reproduce on a can?
Our cans are digitally printed, which handles fine linework, small type, and gradients well — the kind of detail most club crests are full of. Send us your crest as vector EPS or high-resolution PDF and we will return a free digital mockup within two business days so you can see it before committing.
What is the smallest order a club can place?
Six cases of custom labeled bottles, or 18 cases of the 12 oz sleek can — 432 cans. Either covers a single member-guest or a one-time charity outing. Worth knowing that pricing improves at 21 cases and again above that, so if you are close to 18, the next tier up may cost less per unit than you expect. The 16 oz can is ordered by the pallet at 72 cases.
Should we run the same size on the course and in the clubhouse?
Most clubs do not. Congressional runs a smaller labeled bottle out on the course and a larger one in the clubhouse, because a cart drink and a post-round drink are different moments. If you would rather keep one format everywhere, the 16 oz can works in both places — that is what Eaglewood does. Running two sizes of bottle is often the more economical route, since bottles start at six cases each.
What happens to cans left over after the season?
Cans are shelf stable and stack tightly, so leftovers carry into the next season without issue. Clubs that order seasonally usually keep artwork year-neutral — no date, no event name — so surplus is never stranded.
