Custom Labeled Water for Boutique Hotels and Inns
DrinkMore Custom Water produces custom labeled water for boutique hotels and inns, including The Alida in Savannah, Beach House on Hilton Head, and both Goodstone Inn and the Red Fox Inn in Middleburg. Your offering should be as unique as your hotel, and we are here to make it happen! Bottles start at six cases — 144 units — and turn in about two weeks. Printed cans are available as well.

Where Branded Water Works in a Hotel or Inn
An independent property competes on character rather than a points program, and character is built out of details a guest notices without being told to. A branded refreshment for guests is a constant reminder of your brand, and it turns up in a lot of places:
- In-room amenity, the highest-frequency touchpoint a property has — every guest, every night
- Lobby and check-in, handed over on arrival after a long drive or a flight
- Pool decks and beach access, where guests are out in the sun for hours
- Fitness rooms and spa treatment areas
- Meeting rooms, private dining, and event space
- Welcome bags for weddings and group blocks, which for many properties is the largest single order of the year
- Turndown service, valet, and the bell desk
Bottles or Cans: Sizes, Minimums, and Turnaround
Every hospitality customer named below runs bottles, and there are good reasons for it — a cap that reseals suits a nightstand and a beach chair, the 16.9 oz half liter is available in a 100% post-consumer recycled version, and six cases is a realistic first order for a property with eighteen rooms. Cans are available if you want a seamless full-wrap print for a bar or an event.
| Format | Labeled Bottles | 12oz Sleek Can | 16oz Can |
|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum Order | 6 Cases | 18 Cases | 72 Cases (pallet) |
| Units Per Case | 24 Bottles | 24 Cans | 24 Cans |
| Smallest Order | 144 Bottles | 432 Cans | 1,728 Cans |
| Turnaround | About 2 Weeks | About 5 Weeks | About 5 Weeks |
| Sizes | 8, 12, 16.9, 20 oz | 12 oz | 16 oz |
Bottles are the faster and lower-commitment option — six cases gets you started and most orders turn in about two weeks. Cans take about five weeks because each design is printed directly onto the aluminum, and the result is a seamless, full-wrap look with no label edge. Either way, pricing improves with volume, so it is worth asking what the next tier looks like before you settle on a quantity. Timelines run from artwork approval and payment. Delivery is included inside our DC-area zone, and we ship anywhere in the continental United States through our freight partners.
Artwork needs to arrive print-ready as vector EPS or high-resolution PDF. We provide the dieline and print spec sheet, and our in-house art team can build a design from scratch if you do not have one.
The Properties We Bottle For
Four of our hospitality customers sit at very different ends of the category, which is the useful part — what works for an eighteen-room country inn also works for a two-hundred-room beach resort.
The Alida, Savannah is a 173-room Tribute Portfolio hotel in the Landmark Historic District, where every room is individually designed with elements from the Savannah College of Art and Design. When a property has gone to the trouble of making no two rooms alike, generic bottled water on the nightstand is the one detail that did not get the same attention. Custom bottles fix that, and they carry through to the pool deck, The Trade Room, and events on the rooftop.

Beach House Hilton Head Island is the only independent boutique resort on Coligny Beach, with 202 rooms, a heated pool with private cabanas, and the Tiki Hut — a beachfront live music venue that draws people who are not even staying there. That is a property where water gets consumed in volume, outdoors, in the sun, all day. Branded bottles work harder here than almost anywhere: on the beach, at the pool, and in the hands of guests at a bar the whole island knows.

Goodstone Inn & Restaurant sits on a 265-acre estate in Middleburg, with eighteen rooms and suites spread across six historic dwellings and a farm-to-table restaurant drawing from the property’s own gardens. For a property whose entire proposition is that things are made and grown on site, water that arrives with the estate’s name on it belongs in a way a national brand never would.

The Red Fox Inn & Tavern, a village block away, has been operating in Middleburg since around 1728 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Twenty-two rooms, suites, and cottages across five historic buildings. A property with three centuries of continuous hospitality behind it has a name worth putting on things — and guests who notice when it is.

Both Middleburg inns are inside our local delivery footprint, which means their water comes on our own trucks rather than by freight. The Alida and Beach House ship out of our Gaithersburg plant to Georgia and South Carolina. Either way, the product is the same.
Common Questions
Can we set up recurring monthly delivery?
Yes. Once artwork is approved and on file, reorders skip the design cycle and the setup charge, and settle into whatever cadence matches your occupancy. Properties with seasonal swings usually build the schedule around high season rather than ordering flat across the year.
Do you offer storage so we do not hold inventory?
Yes. We offer storage with case packout and drop-ship, which lets you order at a volume that prices well without surrendering back-of-house space. For smaller properties that is often the deciding factor.
Can artwork differ by property?
Yes. Each design is its own run with its own setup charge and minimum, so a group can run separate artwork per property or a shared design with a changing property line. We will walk through which is more economical for your portfolio.
Cans or bottles for in-room amenity?
Cans read as more considered and photograph better, which matters for a property competing on character. Bottles cost less per unit at volume, and our half liter comes in a 100% post-consumer recycled version if sustainability is part of your positioning. A common split is cans in-room and at check-in, bottles for meeting space and back-of-house.
What is the smallest order a single property can place?
Six cases of custom labeled bottles — 144 units. That is deliberately sized for independent properties rather than chains; an eighteen-room inn like Goodstone does not need a thousand-unit minimum. A property running a standing in-room program across two hundred rooms will land well above 21 cases per order, where the pricing improves.
Do you work with properties outside the DC area?
Yes. We deliver on our own trucks throughout the DMV — which is how both Middleburg inns get theirs — and ship anywhere in the continental United States through our freight partners. The Alida in Savannah and Beach House on Hilton Head both receive by freight from our Gaithersburg plant. Freight is quoted by destination.
